Stackle

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the game “Stackle” by Christian Emonds (“we”). On the iPhone, Apple's standard “Licensed Application End User License Agreement” also applies; if these terms conflict with it, Apple's terms win. By using Stackle you agree to these terms.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are younger than the age of digital consent in your country, ask a parent or guardian first.

3. Shards, cards and other virtual items

  • Shards, card packs, jokers and cards are virtual items inside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Card packs contain random cards. The chances for each rarity are shown in the app (“Pack odds”).
  • We may balance or change prices, rewards and odds in updates. Items you already own are not taken away without a good reason (for example cheating).

4. Purchases and ads

At the moment Stackle is free and has no in-app purchases and no ads. If that changes, these terms will be updated first, and purchases will be handled through the App Store or Google Play under their terms.

5. Rankings and fair play

  • Choose a friendly display name. Offensive, hateful or misleading names are not allowed and may be removed.
  • Do not cheat: no modified apps, automated play, manipulated data or clocks to gain ranking positions.
  • We may remove entries or block players who break these rules.
  • You can report names with the flag icon next to it.

6. Availability and changes

We develop Stackle continuously, so features may change or be removed. We try to keep the service available, but we cannot promise that it is always online or free of errors. The game is meant for entertainment.

7. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory law. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual duties and only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded as far as the law allows.

8. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live stay unaffected.
